Welcome
I’m a facilitator who creates space for voices to be heard & ideas to grow
Hi, I’m Samm
I work across North East Victoria and Southern NSW, designing and facilitating workshops that bring people together to think creatively, collaborate openly and plan with purpose. With warmth, curiosity and structure, I help organisations, councils and community groups explore fresh ideas, find shared direction and turn big conversations into clear next steps.
With more than 20 years’ experience across facilitation, community service and development, disability, counselling and arts facilitation, I bring deep compassion, active listening and design thinking to every session.
Whether it’s a strategic planning workshop, a focus group or a community visioning day, I create inclusive, energising spaces where everyone feels heard, inspired and part of something bigger. Get started by booking an obligation-free discovery session with me, and we can chat about your goals.
In regional communities, connection is everything — the glue that holds people, purpose and progress together.
Where I work
I’m deeply passionate about regional communities; each has its own rhythm, resilience and creative spirit. These places are built on connection, and people in regional areas share unique challenges that require creative problem solving.
I can travel anywhere, but most often I offer facilitation work across the entire border region, with communities and organisations in Yackandandah, Beechworth, Albury Wodonga, Wangaratta, Myrtleford, Rutherglen, Bright and surrounding areas. I collaborate with local councils, community organisations, health and education providers, and creative projects to deliver strategic planning workshops, focus groups, retreats and community engagement sessions.
Whether in person or online, I love bringing people together throughout the border region to share ideas, think creatively and plan for the future.
